You can get screws with special heads like tamper proof torx that most 
troublemakers are unlikely to have a driver for. You can also get screws 
that are designed to go in with an ordinary screwdriver but be virtually 
impossible to remove.

another soloution is to use a philips or pozi screw and then drill out 
the head.
