I have a PCIe like card on the PCB house, designed around the Stratix II and a custom 2.4Ghz multithread/multicore DSP as software defined radio platform. Designed for Wimax/WIFI RF babycard, but WCDMA or other RF applications could be easily interfaced directly on this board. Let me know if you are interested. Some IP for Wimax 2004 was tested at 8km distance two years ago on a similar SDR platform. Do not expect prices like those for PIC evaluation boards. greetings, Vasile On 11/27/07, David VanHorn wrote: > I'm looking for something that might have a replaceable "front end" to > put it on various bands, capble of >5Mbits of real bandwidth, and > a > mile range, assuming reasonable path and radio on the other end. > > I've seen FPGA implementations that claim >100Mbits and >5 miles, but > their pricing is astronomical. > -- > http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive > View/change your membership options at > http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist > -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
