Yeah, the thing that hotmail, yahoo, and any other large server don't like 
is the large amounts of spam mail, and viruses which they are scanning for. 
I figures that Funny gives I see on a regular basis at our servers - and we 
are on a university network. The scanning of all email for an ever 
increasing variety of spam and viruses is just chewing up ever increasing 
amounts of CPU time, and when just one of the servers goes down .........
