Looks like it but:- a) You may want to add the parallel resistor (180, 220 etc) connected in by the relay in order to use a smaller transformer & not have to worry about the magnetising effect of the DC current. b) if there is likely to be a connection to an ADSL enabled line, you could add a low-pass filter at the input & save on an external filter.
