Just run insulated copper wire through your dispensing CNC head,
melt insulation and spot-weld it to pins or pads on the components.
You'll have re-invented "multiwire."

As described, the scheme seems to have most of the disadvantages of
mechanical "etching" of PCBs (coarse geometries, lack of PTH, low
speed) using something like an LPKF or T-tech machine), with a
bunch of additional disadvantages ("dispensing head", heated board,
need for a pre-etched substrate...)
