Hmm, well I've got a bit of code in work doing it on a PC. Just modded by me
rather than originally written, but nothing really fancy in there that I can
remember. Probably can't say a lot more than that even if I knew, but
working from first principles it's really not that difficult - it really is
just a case of having a sine wave function and changing the offset to
modulate, e.g. for 4-PSK

for (count=0; count<num_phases; count++)
{
phase = data[count]*PI/2;
for (sample=0; sample<samples_per_phase; sample++)
{
output(sin(sample*(2 * PI * CW_freq / samp_freq) + phase));
}
}

Of course that gives you sharp phase transitions, so apply a filter to
smooth those.
