Molex also has a similar application note on crimped pins (it appears a lot of his information came from the Molex note). I would disagree with his choice of crimpers though. I won't waste my time on a non-ratcheting crimper anymore. The ratcheting crimpers take the user error (at least not applying the right crimp pressure) out of the equation.
