Where can I get a copy of this mythical improved USB stack? It's probably an 
effect of the sleep deprivation, but I can't see anything on the Mchip website 
that's newer than what I have.

And my copy hasn't been patched to fix this bug, because the PKTDIS=0 line is 
right at the end of USBCtrlEPServiceComplete()...
