both good and bad experiances with em. Orders delayed for no reason, defective hardware, but as well....had several items work just fine. About as good as anyone, but I've been using ecost.com recently. Anytime I think about ordering from a new online shop I always check resellerratings.com. http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Tiger_Direct Most of their recent ratings are OK, but their lifetime ratings are not so good. http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Newegg Excellent ratings and lots of them. I had heard quite a few bad things in the past about Tiger Direct. I personally have used Newegg.com for almost all my computer components (as well as digital cameras, peripherals and quite a few other electronic goodies) for close to 5 years now. Excellent website, good prices, quick shipping and excellent customer service. You may find lower prices online but not by much. They are the top rated online electronics store at resellerratings.com as well.
