Global Priority Express envelopes offer a fast and well 
priced service from the US.
Come in several sizes. As a guide an A4 sized one good for 
almost half a ream of paper costs $US9 to New Zealand. 
Smaller presumably cheaper. Delivery to NZ is about 1 week. 
I don;t think there is track & trace on this service.
