It is quite likely a transistor array.
Similar to a ULN280x but different :-)

This PDF does NOT have an identical part number but ranges 
all around it.

If it was an AN90B70 then it would be an array of 
transistors with series base resistor and clean emitters and 
collectors. "Digital transistors" in some parlances.

Choices are

AN90Bxx

      xx

00 10 60   Clean transistors
20 70        Series base R,
21 22        Series base R plus b-e R,
80             Diode in emitter,
81 82        Series base R plus diode in emitter.
