Personally I believe that if you're happy with what you make, it's not the best idea to find out what your co-workers are making. It just creates jealousy and animosity for something that isn't the person's fault. I have no idea what my co-workers make or what by boss makes. As long as my salary keeps me happy I don't see it a good idea to find out.
