All, I'm not sure what engineering dicipline these figures are for, but I work in the Electronics Engineering Arena. I am a 2 year degree Technician (ASEET) with >30 Years experience, and I make over 50K per year. So, a 4 year degree person with a similar amount of experience earning 150K per year doesn't seem that much of a stretch to me. I live and work in the Houston, Texas USA area.
