Yeah, I did note that Tek themselves don't seem interested in talking to me... even just to answer a couple of questions (the big one related to the firmware upgrade mechanism - if the update fails in some way, is the unit bricked necessitating an RTB, or does it drop into some form of recovery mode). I'm probably not going to try for a demonstration unit - based on the video demos and specs a 2014B will do what I need it to do.
