Unfortunately in the UK, 433 is the only option - the other frequencies you mention aren't unlicenced here.  And our 70cm Amateur band (on a Secondary basis) is 
430-440 only - I believe the USA goes up to 450? - and we can't use 431-432 within 100km (about 62 miles) from the centre of London - nobody has ever said why!
