How about a little Boolean - AND, XOR, IOR two numbers. And
binary addition and subtraction

that's been clock a given decimal number of times

Four inputs into a chain of logic gates - what's the output ? (Don't
be too mean, supply the truth tables, writing 0's and 1's on the gates
allowed)
