Maybe, but is about the sort of level I would expect for getting someone who 
is looking to start in electronics. We used to give a similar sort of test 
to prospective apprentices to see what hobby electronics they had done 
before looking for work.

But bear in mind that when I got my current employment the sort of questions 
I was being verbally asked were of a similar level to this, and I beat off 
people with masters degrees ...
