Perhaps not surprisingly, the overwhelming view of talkback
callers today thought the Commerce Commission are ignorant
arrogant bullies

Such was the bias, IMO, of the programme. If the facts, and
all of the facts had been presented properly, I'm sure people
would not be seeing Ewan Campbell as a "victim". Or they
would not have the "victim" pointed out to them. The real
"victims" possibly being the dissatisfied customers, who were
conspicuous by their absence, perhaps embarrassed to admit
to being suckered

Ewan Campbell called the radio station and was himself evasive
and vague

If he can't answer a straight question like "Why didn't you turn up
in court ?" with a straight answer, that says something to me
