Hi Ariel, I did not get it before:
but, if your problem is booting a PC with no keyboard/mouse, and simply
use it via VNC, then, yes, deinitely you should go into BIOS and disable
those "check for Keyboard" and/or "halt on errors" ...
Then it should work happily.
