No, I don't want to use this as part of a GPS receiver, I want to use it as 
a frequency standard that uses a GPS receiver to get the stable frequency 
from the GPS satellites, and adjusts the local standard frequency to exact 
10.000MHz. It is possible to get down to 10^-15 or thereabouts using an 
ordinary GPS receiver to provide a standard output.

I want to use the oscillator as the frequency standard.
