I used to use a web hoster about the same price $72/year (with very limited bandwidth and flow), and signed a two year contract. Then it got bankrupt. After that, I found another web host for $4.99/month (2 years of contract), it, again, doesn't run long, got bankrupt. I thought most of the low-end web-host business in the USA has already run out of business after the bubble of dotcom.
