There is a huge flap going on this minute about Chinese lithium battery manufacture, at the highest levels. I would advise your management NOT to pursue this at the moment. Perhaps its OK to develop with the product, but you should not contract any production, 'cause management might have to eat a LOT of money and/or liability unless this is resolved.
