Hi, One legal reason I could imagine for this is for example I have a very old SIM card which I forgot the PIN for. I have not succeed to find any of the invoice / descriptions / PIN / PUK codes, basically everything about this card, so phone provider would not open this card for me (aka would not give me the PUK code). So I am not able to get the phone numbers out of it. Would be nice if such a tool let me access to the data, in the other hand it worries me a lot.
