Not really missing any features, just the odd little bug here and there... for example, being able to set and clear RTS and DTR is great, but their states get corrupted when switching baud rate (an obscure problem, I know). Also, Rx data window get's slower as the page fills up, and if it can't keep up it makes the whole program unresponsive. I've used RealTerm and others, but keep coming back to this one. I love the Auto Connect/Diconnect feature which releases the COM port when focus is not on the application, allows to have my PIC bootloader program sharing the same COM port that I use for debugging - great for program/test/program development cycle. To sum it up, I think it's the best piece of software I never bought! -- Brent Brown, Electronic Design Solutions 16 English Street, St Andrews, Hamilton 3200, New Zealand Ph: +64 7 849 0069 Fax: +64 7 849 0071 Cell: +64 27 433 4069 eMail: brent.brown@clear.net.nz -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
