I picked up this LED at Fry's Electronics:

Topr: -30 to +100 (doesn't specify F or C)

The guys who packaged it are coastcutlery.com, and they want $1.85 in 1K 
quantity (a bit more than we want to pay).

Is there another source?

Out of curiosity, are there high-intensity LEDs that are diffused (this 
one's clear)?

PS There seems to be very little difference b/w 10 and 17 cd.
