I am in Singapore and Agilent has a big pressence here. Lecroy only have a few people here. Tek deals with us through distributors and the price is in the middle. With the bad experiences with the three low end Tek in the lab, Tek is out of the picture in this case. > Lecroy is the less expensive but difficult to operate under stress > conditions (when you need to perform a fast measurement and have no > time). Tek is somewhere at mid. The new Lecroy is pretty good in terms of easy operation. I do not like old Tek's interface but I think the newer Tek's are not too bad. Agilent is pretty good in terms of easy of use but the perfomance is not as good. > Lecroy MSO included in the scope is the fastest from all: 500Mhz and > 32 bit (I had compared the same clases of DSO/MSO from those three > producers having 4 inputs, 1GHz/-3dB analog bandwith) Agilent DSO > parameters are the worst.
