My client wouldn't buy from anybody but Microchip.
So we bought another brand-new ICD2 thru Digikey.

While it would talk to my XP, it could not interface with
ANY PIC device.

This is my 2nd DOA in a year from Microchip. Just a
warning... your troubles MIGHT not be you if you are
trying to get a new ICD2 running.
