Do your bulbs turn on instantly when installed into a 2-bulb fixture with only one switch? I got a couple of CFLs for my Kitchen Ceiling light. Now, it takes over a second for them both to illuminate. Maybe they are cheaper than yours, or maybe the delay is due to both of them being used together.
