Yep, just ground one input through a cap. From the data sheet: "To use the TPA2008D2 with a single-ended source, ac ground either input through a capacitor and apply the audio signal to the remaining input. In a single-ended input application, the unused input should be ac-grounded at the audio source instead of at the device input for best noise performance." Imagine a single ended audio source, such as something from a MP3 player where you get reference,left and right. I'm using a TPA2008D stereo amp, and the app notes show using a differential input.
