Haven't worked with it directly, know the technologies around it fairly well.

Pro
- Very fast
- Very stable

Contra:
- Only a few boards supported (mine weren't)
- If your upgrade fails, toss the board or reprogram it in a separate
eeprom/flash programmer
- Large EEPROM/FLASH required for the kernel
- Might cause Windows and other OSes to freak out
- Not BIOS nor EFI compatible
