It all depends to capacitive load seen byt the Pin.

In theory, 100nS on a PIC18F @40MHz, 200nS on a 16F @20MHz and so on.

But, in general, that time is hardly obtainable, i.e. it's hard to see 
that a Pin changes from low to high in 100nSec.  Maybe a heavy load 
(20mA) ? may work... but one should do some calcs...
