OK thank you, I did use a 10k tied to Vdd, as my basic stamp experience told me............. Now I have another problem........I am using the SX Blitz USB to try to program an SX28...........and  SX KEY v 3.2.3, It wont find it. I have tried to verify it and it just wont work.........
