Possibly so. Possibly not.
As it is now clear(er) that what some (including me) thought was a 
tag, was in fact not a tag, I may be incorrect in my thoughts on what 
a subject line is :-).

ie

> do not use both [PIC] and [EE] or both [EE] and [OT]. Thank you.

That greatly clarifies my understanding (I think).
I never (for almost all values of never) use two tags at once, so I 
can rest in pieces.

Knowing that you do not consider  <> [  [ PIC | EE | OT | AD | ADMIN | 
AVR | WHATDIDIMISS ] ] to be a tag is genuinely great to know.
