It gave me many moderate to somewhat severe vertical falls and two rather major horizontal falls. The latter occur when either someone adds sudden substantial sideways motion to the motorcycle or someone adds sudden cessation of horizontal motion. I've had one of each :-). Road motor cycling is not overly calorie consuming for the rider but off-road riding can be about as energetic as anything else you can do.
