Most likely because it has a (now unnecessary) ':' after the OT. Remember 
this was one of the hassles we had with the previous list software before 
MIT changed to what we are currently hosted on. It required the colon, and 
OE played havoc because it removed things with colons thinking it was 
removing a 'Re:'.
