Having gotten tired of Outlook Express, I've made an attempt to switch to 
Thunderbird. While it imports accounts and folders just fine, it doesn't 
import message rules. I have close to 150 rules, and recreating them by hand 
would be a real pain.

Is there a utility that can perform the conversion automatically?
