You may not really want what you think you want. :) We use TWiki at work, primarily because of its access controls. It's fairly intuitive, you use images by "attaching" them to a page and then pasting the link provided, TOC is inserted by simply using the %TOC% tag. The WYSIWYG editor inserts HTML tags, instead of the TWiki tags (a pity). Of course, it doesn't meet the second half of your #1 requirement, but I though I'd share anyway. :) One thing I like about MediaWiki that's lacking in TWiki, is the ability to edit each section separately (by clicking on the [Edit] on the right side of the heading).
