Put Dremel in This procedure is a good stuff, I have to try it out later. Thanks. One concern I am still having is high speed rotary friction shall melt or burn the plastics and therefore not able to give a good finishing like the hot-knife I had tried. Result = extra polishing work. I think it is a good excuse to upgrade the basic Dremel set here. The choice of cutting bits even with assistance (or not) from Dremel site is too confusing. For now, I shall load up on: 1. Dremel 697-06 150 pcs rotary tools assortment 2. 220-01 workstation 3. 670-01 mini-saw 4. 575D right angle attachment 5. 4486 multipro chuck Anything I should add here ? I figure there shall be another round after a good hands-on.
