Just because is says something idiotic, doesn't mean you have to comply with it. Fundamentally All contracts require 'consent', and 'consideration'. e.g. something of value to be paid. Since neither criteria is met here, you can blow this footer off with impunity. It is the SENDERS responsibility to ensure that the correct mailing address is used.
