DON'T wait for the local rep, they are mostly useless
nowadays in OZ!

Is the part available from the manufacturer? Have you tried
overseas suppliers? I find that I can get stuff in my hands
in a few days and despite the Fedex rip off charges, the goods
are no more expensive if not a little cheaper that the local "reps".
