Depends what type of panel you're talking about - for things like TFTs, the interface is one of a
small handful of types, but what you need is to identify which type, and get the pinout & connector
type.

Advantech used to have a big list of the above for info on connecting to their LCD controllers, but
has either moved or disappeared now - might be worth hunting around to see if it's still there
somewhere.
