Many common things are keyboard shortcutted as well.   I generally 
operate with one hand on the mouse and one on the keyboard.   I'll 
generally click on something with the mouse and then use the shortcut 
(if it exists).

There are a few irritations, but a lot fewer than the competition.   
They are also very open to hearing about features which are 
desired/needed, especially if they are fairly simple to implement.
