I want to say THANKS!! to everyone that put their two cents in on this.
So far DIPTRACE and AUTOTRAX both look good.

DIPTRACE is especially easy to think out , for a new user.  I even like
schematic capture, so far...

We downloaded CircuitCAD(sp?) as well, so we are looking at 3.
