The course was designed back in the 16F84 days, but it gives 
you a good grounding in the basic principles, getting  you a 
long way over the "initial hump".  Unfortunately the 
development board that went with it is no longer available, 
but that shouldn't hold you back much - there are lots of 
others that will do the job.
