I've wondered about this, but didn't know where to turn for an answer. Someone here must know. ;-) Is it possible to put a NAT router behind another NAT router? How many can you layer if so? I thought it might be useful for allowing guests at the house access to the net via my DSL (on the outer LAN which also has the WAN port of the second router on it), yet still protect me (behind the second router) should they have something that wants to start probing the LAN. I know to not have it dial, etc, but dont' know if all that NATing will scramble sessions for the second net. -Skip -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
