Does anyone know of someone selling modules with the Microchip zigbee/miwi
solution?

Some ******** keep tagging the fences in our neighborhood, so I'm going to
tie some motion detectors to some wireless transceivers to try and scare
them away, or better yet, catch them in the act.

Either way I was considering going with the Sparkfun mirf modules, but
noticed xstream has their ZigBee modules priced at $20.  Not bad at all.
I'm also looking for something potentially ZigBee compatible to go with that
home automation system I'm never going to get around to designing.

Anyone know of a cheaper module?

Also, does anyone know of a cheap source for pyroelectric sensors?  These
are the sensors used in those IR motion sensors...
