Thanks VERY much to Russell and all who responded. This did the trick (highlighting all text and then hitting Ctrl-Shift-F9). I saved this to a separate copy and I am able to print it. If I need to make any more edits, I'll do them to my master copy, repeat the Ctrl-Shift-F9 process, resave, then print.
