Can't have them risking having to actually pay out any claims, eh? :-) With all the news of flooding, I can't help but admire the optimism of whoever decided to call one of the proposed residential areas "Thames Gateway". I can just see some of the roadnames... Hightide Street, Alluvial Alley, Runoff Road, Culvert Close, Devastation Drive, Crisis Crescent...
