There seem to be many possible web servers based on single chips.

Please advise me on what would be the most integrated, cheapest
and easiest to program embedded server that has the majority of the
wish list below.

1)  digital inputs and outputs
2)  ADC inputs ( or equivalent )
3)  DAC outputs ( or equivalent )
4)  Wireless connection  USB or 802.11b or bluetooth or Xbee
5)  Software support for the wireless link


I am interested in building a link to the Apple iPhone via
their Safari web browser.
