I was unfortunate enough to find a Google search key that yielded almost only $pay links (of the kind that are not clear ads, and which are not accessible for normal webmasters - at least I don't know how to). Here it is: http://www.google.com/search? hl=en&q=%22dielectric+relaxation%22+apparatus&btnG=Search (paste on 1 line) The 'people who paid' are, in order: harvard.edu aip.org iapws.jp - host down, seems to be linking directly to the document - surprise ? ieee.org jstor.org - has a page in readable form, and it's a Royal Society paper from 1972 they are selling !!! elsevier.com iop.org on the 2nd results page there is a single lonely non-$pay paper by cam.ac.uk surrounded by more $pay links from springerlink and others. Is this the way $earches$ are going to be from now on ?
